Tonight I've had the pleasure of doing the most rewarding step of the painting process, so here they are, the time-consuming little beauties! Only the flocking left to do - oh, and another hundred and twenty or so to paint, of course...
Thanks, all! Hoping to get the bulk of the rest done before Christmas and then it might be time to do Bibracte or the Sambre. We shall see how long the painting frenzy lasts!
Again, thanks all for your comments. It certainly helps the motivation :)
Very nice! My favourite bit is when the minis are sufficiently finished that I can list them on my spreadsheets, as "done". :-)
ReplyDeleteSimon, I'm with you!
DeleteYes, I basically do that now ;-)
DeleteExcellent, they're coming along nicely! I especially like your cloak work. The finish line is my favorite part as well.
ReplyDeleteVery nice!
ReplyDeleteLooking good Aaron!
ReplyDeleteA good batch of Celts. It is very satisfying to get to the basing stage and beyond.
ReplyDeleteVery good-looking assortment of Gauls. My favorite parts of painting are beginning a new unit and then putting on the final touches.
