Any thoughts about ATGMs?David Sullivanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06229259148925201182noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7386336651732048473.post-69231533370776354982018-07-14T12:44:14.536+09:002018-07-14T12:44:14.536+09:00Sounds like a good project, Dean. I'm considering doing WAT in either 1/72nd or 15mm - Korean War, so this is very inspirational.DeanMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07724268555970663130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7386336651732048473.post-21103532085656201192018-07-13T15:36:05.419+09:002018-07-13T15:36:05.419+09:00Thanks Bill, that sounds good to me!Thanks Bill, that sounds good to me!Prufrockhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17659918463589870423noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7386336651732048473.post-22827313247978774902018-07-13T15:25:32.169+09:002018-07-13T15:25:32.169+09:00Also forgot to mention that the T55 had thicker ar...Also forgot to mention that the T55 had thicker armor than the M48, making the M48 arm - 8 and str - 9 compared to the T55. Dropping fast gives them equal points.<br />William Butlerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12084322223324585325noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7386336651732048473.post-45772597213962773412018-07-13T15:19:11.146+09:002018-07-13T15:19:11.146+09:00damaged the link. While the T55 is somewhat faster on the road the M48 has a better suspension and 16.6 hp/ton compared to the T55's 14.6 hp/ton making the M48 just as fast cross country. Also, NATO ammo tended to have better penetration. Both could penetrate almost 200mm at 1000 yards. I don't have the Modern Spearhead data, but both FFT3 and Command Decision modern (http://www.testofbattle.com/upload/bob/index.html0 give them equal penetration values.William Butlerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12084322223324585325noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7386336651732048473.post-81877938282552631902018-07-13T11:44:54.484+09:002018-07-13T11:44:54.484+09:00Thanks Ray, we'll see I guess! Thanks Ray, we'll see I guess!Prufrockhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17659918463589870423noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7386336651732048473.post-87541082045482057982018-07-13T05:51:28.461+09:002018-07-13T05:51:28.461+09:00Sounds good to me!Sounds good to me!Ray Rousellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07352596392520905197noreply@blogger.com
