Your English is never in need of apologies!

I'm a little afraid of how good you will be as the Germans next time though, as you have have been doing a good job here, even after a tough start :)

You're right - AVL can be bad for the nerves. I used to not be able to sleep if I had a turn due, but I'm getting more relaxed now.

Thanks for playing, and it's going to be interesting to see how the rest of the the game goes.

Cheers!Prufrockhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17659918463589870423noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7386336651732048473.post-1382107316191745692012-02-17T02:39:36.103+09:002012-02-17T02:39:36.103+09:00This is a wonderful After Action Report, and there...This is a wonderful After Action Report, and there's no news from Aaron! I'm used to his exciting stories since several years of "digital" (but absolutely not virtual, I can tell you) friendship, along with exciting games, obviously.

Now that I'm reading this one, I can even forget the "nervousness" of many battle situations, in which dice rolls or chits' draws (anyway on the average in the end) have cast me...and be happy to have known and tried such elegant game which, as Aaron has already pointed out, with relatively simple rules is able to create an ever-changing battle story, with a ralistic "fog of war" element. But, you know, since as a Soviet I was already smashed a couple of times without the honour to wipe out a single Panzer division under Aaron Manstein command, you can understand my mood while taking so many losses... Anyway a line still exist and Axis command eagerly waits for 1st Panzer Army to enter the battlefield escaping north of Donets: we all will see !

(Apologies for my English, Professor Bell)

AndreaAndrea Tostinoreply@blogger.com
